Registration is now open for the Women in the Marine Industry International Panel & Networking Breakfast, which returns to Metstrade 2025.
The event takes place on Wednesday 19 November from 8.30am to 10.30am CET on the Metstrade Stage in Hall 13 at RAI Amsterdam. Doors open at 8.15am. Attendance is free for all registered Metstrade attendees and exhibitors, and includes breakfast, refreshments and networking opportunities.
The session is being co-hosted by British Marine, Marine Industry News, Soundings Trade Only and Metstrade. The panel will feature women from across the global marine sector, who will share their professional perspectives and experiences, followed by an informal networking session.
“This event continues to grow in impact each year, creating a vital space for authentic conversations, actionable insights and global collaboration,” says Michele Goldsmith, vice president and general manager of the Soundings Trade Only Group. “It’s a powerful platform to share knowledge, exchange insights and ideas, celebrate the achievements of female innovators across the sector, and inspire the next generation of female marine professionals shaping the future of the industry.”
The event will again support Room to Read, a global charity that focuses on children’s literacy and girls’ education. Attendees are invited to contribute to fundraising efforts, building on initiatives such as the Global Women’s Walk held earlier in the year.
Those who have not yet registered for Metstrade can register online to secure both entry to the show and access to the breakfast. Registering via this link also provides early access to RAI Amsterdam to attend the breakfast.
Existing exhibitors or registered attendees can email British Marine with their full name, company and email address to be added to the list for the breakfast.
The panel line-up and discussion theme for 2025 will be announced in the coming months. All genders are welcome to attend.
