New Pearl 100 hybrid flagship launches

Pearl 100 superyacht with grey hull

Pearl Yachts has introduced its new flagship, the Pearl 100 Hybrid, the first in the UK builder’s lineup to feature hybrid propulsion. The 30m raised pilothouse yacht has been developed with Dixon Yacht Design for naval architecture and exterior lines, and Kelly Hoppen Interiors for interior styling.

The superyacht features an E-Motion hybrid system integrated with twin MAN V12 2000hp engines. The diesel-electric arrangement allows for multiple modes of operation – optimising the use of both diesel engines and electric motors – enabling silent zero-emission cruising, electric manoeuvring at low speeds, and conventional diesel performance, with a reported top speed of 24 knots. The system is designed to reduce fuel consumption, lower engine hours and enable overnight hotel loads without the need for generators, cutting noise and emissions during anchorage.

The superyacht has been unveiled at Cannes Yachting Festival 2025, alongside several other world debuts.

The Pearl 100 is designed for entertaining, relaxation, and long-range cruising (at displacement speeds).

Thanks to the E-Motion Power Pack, the Pearl 100 can operate overnight without running generators, significantly reducing noise and emissions.

The yacht has a five-stateroom layout and is configured for both long-range displacement-speed cruising and higher-speed passages. Naval architecture by Dixon Yacht Design is intended to balance performance with stability and comfort.

“The Pearl 100 Hybrid marks a pivotal moment for Pearl Yachts,” says Iain Smallridge, founder and managing director of Pearl Yachts. “As our first hybrid model and our largest to date, it embodies our vision of what the future of yachting should be: elegant, liveable, efficient, and sustainable. We are proud to offer our owners the ability to cruise cleaner, quieter, and further, without compromise on luxury or performance.”

The Pearl 100 Hybrid marks the shipyard’s entry into hybrid technology as it looks to expand its range with more fuel-efficient propulsion systems.

Naval architecture by Dixon Yacht Design ensures the Pearl 100 performs with the utmost agility, stability, and comfort.

The Pearl 100 Hybrid features a full-beam owner’s suite on the main deck, with direct access to a private forepeak terrace. A second full-beam master suite is located midship on the lower deck, accompanied by a forward VIP double and two twin guest cabins — all ensuite. Crew accommodation includes two crew cabins, a crew mess, and discreet access throughout for optimal service and privacy.

The Pearl 100 will be delivered with a five-year warranty, which the shipyard applies across its range.

The garage can accommodate a Williams Diesel-jet 445 tender, Sea-Doo Spark, several SeaBob’s and an array of water toys.
