Suntex Marina Investors, a US-based owner and operator of marina properties, has expanded its portfolio in California with the acquisition of Vintage Marina and Channel Islands Harbour Marina in Oxnard. The purchase adds more than 780 berths to the company’s holdings within the Channel Islands Harbour.
Vintage Marina includes over 380 slips for vessels ranging from 7.6m to 30.5m end-ties. The location offers access to Hollywood Beach, several waterfront dining options and weekly Farmer’s and Fisherman’s Markets.
