Preparations are underway for the 57th edition of the Southampton International Boat Show (SIBS), set to take place from 18 to 27 September 2026.

The ten-day show, billed as the UK’s largest boating and watersport showcase, will return to Mayflower Park, Southampton, and is expected to welcome more than 90,000 visitors. The 2025 show featured more than 500 watercraft, 700 brands and a varied programme of demonstrations and presentations.

Organisers described the 2025 edition as an ‘exciting transformation’ featuring several new developments, including a new wooden boat stage making its first appearance, the biggest-ever event for Women in Marine, and a strengthened focus on sustainability.

Several leading brands have already confirmed their attendance for the 2026 show. Fairline, a British manufacturer of luxury motor yachts, plans to showcase a fleet, including the debut of two “exciting” new models.

Oliver Southwell, co-CEO, Fairline, comments: “The Southampton International Boat Show continues to be an important event for Fairline, providing a high-quality environment to engage with customers, partners and the wider industry.”

Other confirmed exhibitors include Suzuki, Yamaha, and The Wolf Rock Boat Company. Mark Beeley, head of Marine & ATV at Suzuki GB PLC, highlights the show’s significance: “The show remains the key platform for Suzuki Marine to engage with customers, dealers and boat builder/industry partners.

“We’re pleased and excited to be part of the 2026 show and look forward to showcasing our latest marine technology, while supporting an event that plays such an important role for the UK boating sector.  Our whole team always looks forward to the show; it’s such an important date in our calendars.”

Jonny Twelvetrees, manager of Marine Sales at Yamaha UK, adds: “The Southampton International Boat Show remains a key event on Yamaha’s calendar, where we can showcase our leading innovations, alongside our boat partners and while building closer ties with our customers.”

For The Wolf Rock Boat Company, Paul McCarthy, managing director, comments: “The show gives us a unique opportunity to showcase our products and be compared to others in our marketplace. Being able to see, touch, and even demo our boats makes it easy for our potential customers to compare the market and truly understand the difference between brands and specs.”

This early commitment highlights the SIBS’ continuing role as a central hub for the leisure marine industry, supporting boat debuts, product showcasing, commercial engagement, and sector-wide collaboration.

Early-bird ticket sales for the Southampton International Boat Show 2026 show are now live and proving popular, with some super-early-bird options already sold out.

Lesley Robinson, CEO of British Marine, expresses the show’s role in bringing the industry together and notes: “As we look ahead to 2026, our focus is on delivering an event that supports business growth, innovation, and engagement across the industry, while continuing to offer a compelling experience for visitors.”
