Ferretti Group has appointed Giordano Pellacani as chief commercial officer (CCO) and reorganised its commercial division.

Pellacani takes on the role of CCO with immediate effect, reporting directly to the chief executive, Alberto Galassi. Pellacani, who holds a degree in nautical engineering, has 20 years of experience in the sector. In 2024, he was appointed strategic advisor at Nautor Swan’s Power Yacht division.

He will be responsible for leading the commercial development of the Italian boating giant and expanding the group’s sales network. The commercial division will now operate through two dedicated departments: serial business and custom business.

Massimo Jannone becomes sales director for serial business, a department centred on enhancing the value of serial product lines. He has more than 20 years of experience in the industry, including six as head of sales for Riva. He will oversee the heads of sales for the Riva, Pershing, Itama and Ferretti Yachts brands, as well as the pre-owned business.
