OceanWorld Group and Denison Yachting are forming a strategic joint venture to accelerate international growth and expand operational reach across the US, Europe and the Middle East.

The deal links OceanWorld Group’s platform across Europe and the Middle East with Denison’s established US presence. The partnership will focus on strengthening market presence, developing internal talent and expanding service infrastructure across superyacht sales, charter, brokerage, new construction, crew placement and management.

Strategic merger aligns for US, Europe and Middle East

The joint venture creates an opportunity to connect complementary strengths across three key yachting regions: the United States, Europe and the Middle East, offering shipyards, brokers and owners access to a broader service footprint.

Denison brings a well-established presence in the US market, supported by decades of experience in yacht sales, brokerage, charter, new construction and client services. OceanWorld Group contributes an expanding international platform with a growing network across Europe and the Middle East, alongside its experience in yacht sales, brokerage, charter, management, crewing, manufacturing, service and marine solutions.

The future of the brand

The partnership will place significant emphasis on developing talent, creating new opportunities for team members and continuing to build an organisation capable of delivering an exceptional level of service to clients worldwide.

Bryan Braley, president of Denison, says: “We could not be more excited about this partnership. We have developed great respect for OceanWorld over the years and all that they have been able to accomplish in their region. With this partnership and OceanWorld’s ambition for long-term growth, Denison’s global reach and footprint within all major yachting markets has become second to none. It is a very exciting day for Denison and our customers as we begin our next chapter of success.”

Lydia Pascarelli, CEO of OceanWorld Group, says: “Denison is an exceptional brand with a remarkable history, an outstanding team and a very strong position in the US and international yachting markets. This joint venture is about bringing together complementary strengths and creating something with long-term ambition. We see enormous potential in further developing the Denison brand while investing in the people behind it and connecting its capabilities with OceanWorld’s growing platform across Europe and the Middle East.”

Connecting the US, Europe and the Middle East

The partnership comes at a time when the global yachting industry is becoming increasingly interconnected, with clients, yacht owners and industry partners operating across multiple regions and markets.

OceanWorld Group’s expansion across Europe, the Middle East and the United States provides the foundation for a more connected international offering. The joint venture will seek to leverage this geographic reach across yacht sales, brokerage, charter, management, new construction and related marine services, creating opportunities for teams and clients to move seamlessly between markets.

For OceanWorld, the partnership represents another significant step in its international expansion strategy.
