Saim Marine has strengthened its long-standing partnership with Danish exhaust-treatment specialist Exilator, taking on distribution of the company’s particulate filter range in France and the French overseas territories.
The move builds on Saim Marine’s existing role as Exilator’s distributor in Italy, where the Italian company has delivered strong early results. Exilator — a leading manufacturer of exhaust gas purification systems integrating silencers, filters and catalysts — said the decision reflects both Saim Marine’s performance and its extensive experience supporting French shipyards and service centres.
“We are honoured to promote this outstanding range of products,” says Marco Donà, SAIM Ceo. “We share the same strategy as Exilator, as both our companies are committed to advancing sustainability within the yachting industry. Exilator decision further strengthens the existing cooperation, and we are sure our extensive experience in the French market will enable us to support Exilator growth effectively.”
Jesper Steenbuch, CEO and partner at Exilator, adds: “We decided to expand our collaboration with Saim Marine following the excellent results they have reached so far in such a short period. We are confident that this step will pave the way for a stronger and long-lasting cooperation between our companies.”
The appointment covers France and its DROM-COM territories, reflecting Exilator’s strategic focus on strengthening its footprint across key European and global yachting markets.
