Having recently entered the US market, iWarranty is making headway in the UAE with the launch of its AI-driven marine warranty software.

The startup presented its technology at the recent Abu Dhabi International Boat Show in Yachting Ventures’ Innovation Zone (20-23 November 2025), and will appear at Abu Dhabi’s Google Demo Day tomorrow (27 November 2025), as the emirate aims to position itself as a hotbed for startups.

Operating from its base in Abu Dhabi’s DIFC Innovation Hub, iWarranty is expanding its role within the UAE’s technology and sustainability ecosystem. The company is part of the Google for Startups Accelerator: AI First (MENA & Turkey) programme, collaborating with other innovators working to shape the future of AI infrastructure.

iWarranty’s flagship Agent-to-Agent (A2A) network will be highlighted at the Google Demo Day. Utilising Google’s latest large language models, advanced data tools, and scalable cloud technology, A2A replaces traditional paper-based warranty processes with fully automated coordination between manufacturers, marinas, dealers, insurers, and service centres.

The platform validates coverage, routes claims, approves repairs, analyses failures, and generates digital service histories, offering a more streamlined and paperless experience.

By emphasising repair over replacement, iWarranty also provides lifecycle and sustainability data that the firm says can support circular-economy initiatives in the UAE.

Early deployments demonstrate up to 90 per cent automation. The firm highlights that across the after-sales workflow, the A2A platform helps to reduce administrative work and also improve accuracy and speed.

Ruby Pillai, founder of iWarranty, says: “Our AI infrastructure enables manufacturers, dealers and service providers to work together seamlessly — reducing waste, lowering costs and improving the experience for every product owner.”
