Sargo Boats UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Ireland has joined Inspiration Marine Group (IMG).

The strategic move will see Sargo owners supported by an experienced and well-established UK team and IMG expand its portfolio of reputable sail and motorboat marques.

Finnish built, the Sargo range of offshore motor boats are recognised for their strong seakeeping and solid performance.

This transition has been actioned in close collaboration with Sargo Finland and the current UK representatives, Tina and Richard Poulson, who will remain involved in Sargo UK during the transition period, including at boot Düsseldorf in January 2026.

This approach ensures that owners continue to receive the same personalised support they know, supported by the reassurance of a long-term UK partner with established service and aftersales capability.

Sargo says its customers will benefit from the broader capability and long-term stability that Inspiration Marine brings through its dedicated after sales and service team, brokerage team and its network of offices – including expanded support in Scotland.

“We are incredibly proud to welcome Sargo into the Inspiration Marine family. Their brand embodies everything we value – quality, integrity and a genuine commitment to the owner experience. Our goal is to build on the excellent foundation created by Tina and Richard, supporting existing owners while opening new opportunities for the brand across the UK,” says James Stone, director, Inspiration Marine Group

Tina Poulson says: “We are delighted that Inspiration Marine will help lead the development of Sargo in the UK and further support the success of the brand. Their service capability and customer-first approach make them the ideal team to continue supporting Sargo owners. We look forward to working closely with them throughout the transition.”
