ExploMar will present its electric propulsion technology at the upcoming boot Düsseldorf 2026 show, taking place from 17-25 January.
The Chinese outboard manufacturer will showcase its high-performance outboards, including the Wave300, Wave 150+ and Wave 70, alongside its 5S Energy Station, a solution it says is aimed at sustainable future marinas.
Toward the end of last year, ExploMar raised more than $10m in new financing, highlighting a significant milestone in its international growth.
Underlining its global growth and in addition to its product demonstrations, ExploMar is extending an open invitation to boatbuilders worldwide to explore and discuss strategic partnerships. The firm aims to work with experienced builders to co-develop high-performance electric demo boats.
CEO Alex Dong confirms the firm is committed to becoming a “reliable technology and commercial partner for boat builders,” and further explains: “Electrification has arrived, and those who act early will stay ahead.
“In response to the well-known cost challenges of electrification, ExploMar leverages China’s supply-chain strengths together with global service capabilities to provide truly cost-competitive electric solutions for boat builders.”
ExploMar aims to overhaul electrification into a sustainable product strategy, and as Dong puts it, “Unlock the vast opportunities of the electric marine market together.”
To date, the manufacturer has completed electric boat projects across China, the Netherlands, the Azores and Nigeria, covering ferry, patrol, fishing and tourism applications.
Visitors to boot Düsseldorf 2026 can view products and discuss opportunities with ExploMar at its stand in Hall 4, Booth H4B01.
