BWA Yachting Maldives is open and providing a full suite of agency and concierge services tailored to the needs of superyachts, their guests and crew. This move marks a significant step in the company’s continued expansion across strategic superyacht destinations.
Headquartered in Male, BWA Yachting Maldives has been developed in partnership with Island Sailors Maldives. The company says the new agency positions BWA Yachting as the definitive link between the Red Sea and the Indian Ocean, connecting Saudi Arabia, the gateway, with the pristine cruising grounds of the Maldives.
This new agency reinforces BWA Yachting’s commitment to ‘connecting the dots’ across the most sought-after yachting destinations. Following the company’s expansion into Saudi Arabia, the Maldives represents the next natural step.
BWA Yachting Maldives offers comprehensive support across all Maldivian atolls, with official entry and exit ports in Uligamu, Kulhudhufushi, Male and Hithadhoo. The company’s local presence is led by managing partner Mohamed Nasheed, a seasoned professional with deep-rooted expertise in marine and hospitality operations in the region.
“While looking towards the east with interest, we are delighted to announce the expansion of our services and coverage in the Indian Ocean with our new office in the Maldives. Our partnership with Island Sailors Maldives enables us to take advantage of the full potential of the region and also offer visiting yachts a true piece of paradise, our premium suite of services as well as custom assistance for yachts enroute from east to west and vice versa,” comments George Hapipis, BWA Yachting international franchisee manager.
