Boat Fix, a water support provider, is partnering with Zodiac Nautic Group to launch Zodiac 24/7 (emergency helpline).
“Over the span of the past several years, a growing number of notable boat manufacturers have understood how important around the clock customer support and after sales services is to growing and protecting their brand,” says Steve Pitsos, CEO, Boat Fix.
According to the terms of the partnership, new purchasers of Zodiac’s rigid inflatable boats over three metres will receive complimentary one-year access to a dedicated Boat Fix emergency mechanical helpline with towing dispatch service. Also included is the Boat Fix monitoring solution (installed at the factory), the Zodiac 24/7 smartphone app and a one-year free subscription to Boat Fix monitoring.

Boat Fix says it is the only remote monitoring company in the boating industry backed by 24/7 live support, and it will provide its service through the Boat Fix alarm monitoring centre based in a newly acquired South Carolina headquarters.
This time last year, Bentley Pontoons expanded its partnership with the company. It introduced Bentley Gold 24/7 Assurance, a service now included with all 2025 model-year boats.

With two 24/7 alarm monitoring centres the aim is that every call is answered in seconds and, with Boat Fix’s mechanical helpline, a trained professional mechanic is immediately available on the phone, ready to diagnose problems and assist.
