The 2026 East Coast Dragon Championship delivered two days of close and competitive racing on the River Medway, with the full six-race series run by Medway Yacht Club over the weekend of 12-13 September.

Saturday September 12th saw the penultimate event of the HD Sails Scottish traveller series at Loch Tummel SC jointly with the Solos. The forecast was uninspiring to say the least with rain and a wind forecast to be 18mph gusting 30!

A diverse fleet of 30 catamarans gathered at Weston SC for two days of racing at the annual Weston SC Catamaran Open Meeting, enjoying a range of conditions and a full schedule of racing.

The first day of racing at the 23rd Rolex Swan Cup began early on Wednesday morning as the quays in front of the Yacht Club Costa Smeralda came alive with the bustling crews of the 170 yachts gathered in Porto Cervo.

On the opening day of the OK Dinghy Autumn Trophy in Bandol, France, on Wednesday, Tim Petetin won the only race in 20-25 knots in some epic conditions with big wind and big waves.

As the southwesterly breeze built through Day 2 of the Women’s International Championship presented by State Street Investment Management and SPY, so did the confidence of Megan Grapengeter-Rudnick’s Team Vigilant.

After a long wait ashore, the wind finally arrived on the second day of racing at the Master Cup in Portorož. The fleet spent around two hours waiting for conditions to settle before a westerly breeze of approximately 5-6 knots filled in.

This Wednesday morning, the curtain rose on the 16th edition of the Défi Azimut. In line with tradition in this Lorient-based event, the focus is on the speed runs and which boat will be the fastest to cover the one-mile racetrack.
