Manuel Vlacich and Franco Deganutti, sailors from Società Vela Oscar Cosulich, Italy,
have completed the circumnavigation of Sømmarøy, a Norwegian island located above the Arctic Circle,
famous worldwide for having declared itself a “time-free zone.”
