A total of ten startups are joining Yachting Ventures at its Start-Up Pavilion at IBEX 2026, which opened at the Tampa Convention Center in Florida yesterday (6 October 2026) and runs until 8 October.
The Start-Up Pavilion is returning for its third year and will give emerging marine businesses a space to present their products and technologies to boatbuilders, OEMs, distributors, dealers, investors and other industry stakeholders.
The participating startups at IBEX 2026 are BoatClick, Controllable Currents, Keraunos, Massive Marine, Tonjo, Smooth Technology Company, WaterDog Marine, ZeaFarer, Seasure and Deckhand.
The 2026 lineup includes startups from several markets, reflecting the recreational marine industry’s international nature and founders’ interest in entering the North American market. The companies are variously developing technologies and products intended for different aspects of boating, including how boats are built, managed and operated.
Gabbi Richardson, founder of Yachting Ventures, says: “The US represents a major commercial opportunity for so many of the startups we support, but entering such a large and established market can be difficult without the right connections.
“The Start-Up Pavilion gives founders a dedicated entry point into the industry, placing them in front of boatbuilders, OEMs, distributors, investors and potential partners over three highly focused days. We’re excited to introduce this year’s international line-up and help each company make the most of its time at IBEX.”
The Start-Up Pavilion is located outside the first-floor exhibit hall. Selected companies will be present throughout the three-day event and will also have the opportunity to take part in the Start-Up Pitch Competition.
This year’s edition of IBEX is bringing together a series of focused pavilions, speciality areas, and trade routes intended to help marine professionals navigate the technical trade show and find relevant products, companies, and expertise.
